rough idle, hessitation from a stop 700 1990

I replaced IAC,MAp sensor, and spark plugs. Car runs smoother but still hesitates from a stop. Kind of like the timmimg does not advance, I have replaced cap and rotor. I have checked all vacuum hoses found a crack in the IAC hose used duct tape (1001 uses). I also readjusted TPS acccording to the manual. I suspect RPM sensor or maybe a fuel pressure problem. Any suggestions?
