REPOST timing fix

ME AGAIN, FIXED THE TIMING PROBLEM ( TIMING BELT JUMPED A TOOTH), BUT CAR STILL VERY SLUGGISH OFF THE START ABSOULUTLEY NO PICK UP TILL ABOUT THE 1500 RPM RANGE THEN IT PICKS UP AS NORMAL .
ANY IDEAS .
