Radio removal and installation need help with Amp and wiring. 200

Hey all. Been a long time since I was here, I even forgot my login... kinda sad... anyway I am in the middle of replacing my stock tape deck in my 89 240 DL. Very interesting setup I must admit. I have gotten the radio out, and all the connections unplugged. There is an amp that appears to power the rear speakers. I found the 4 pin gray connector that connects to the amp, and the wires that go to the rear speakers. There are various wires that I am a little confused with. There is one labeled "dim" which is for the dimmer, and two others that I cannot make out. I assume the head unit powers the front door speakers, correct? I guess my ultimate question is there anyone that sells an installation kit for these cars that comes with the correct wiring harness so I don't have to cut everything up. Also, does anyone sell an adapter for the small 5 pin plug that feeds the amp from the head unit? I would like to reuse the amp if I could. Or could I make my own, but I am not sure the voltage level that the amp needs for an imput, either rca or line level?? I would assume line level. Also, does someone make the front finish panel that the new radio will slip into, or can I remove the original one from the tape deck? I tell you what, this car is very nice to work on, lots of room, and well engineered. Pleanty of slack in the wires, I love it. Hope some of you can help me.

Thanks a ton.

- Andy
