Stut Anchor Bolts? Replace Always? Or Locktite 'em ? 200 1986

I'm planning on replacing the ball joints on my wagon this weekend. Bentley says to replace the 4 bolts that hold the strut anchor onto the strut. The parts guy at my local dealership says they don't carry them and I should just reuse the bolts with some locktite on the threads.

Anyone know if these bolts are just standard metric bolts that I could find at a hardware or autoparts store? Anyone know a good source for them?

Is just using some locktite an acceptable solution? Or do these bolts stretch or warp over time?

My preference is to replace the bolts like the Good Book says to do... if I can find the dang things.

THANKS!
