Rear seat interchangability 200 1979

Hi all! Are all 245 rear seats interchangeable? I have replaced the front seats, with newer styled 245 seats(seats are the same, but the headrests are diffrent). I see 245s around that have headrests in the back too..I would like to change mine to that style..is it possible? Thanks Bricksters, Franco79 79 245dl 215,200
