Hi gang.... new here and not sure about the signing up yet... I'll think about it..

Anyway I have a 240 5 door wagon made 9/84 and a turbo.... I am restoring this car and bought a fender which is wrong. I am stuck with it as the maker went down the drain. The old fender is rusted and also damaged from being hit, and I do not want to cut and weld to make a bad new fender...

The marker light bucket in the new fender is all wrong, and I at hoping to come to a understanding what it wrong...

The new fender is after market and is a V5172, which in Volvo is 1382277. The angle for the marker lights is a reverse of what I have an what I need.

The VIN is YV1AX4754F1601000

Upon looking that up I was surprised to find this car was made in Sweden considering I am in New Hampshire. With the date of manufactor making the car a 1985, that was not any surprise..

Perhaps pic 4 or the top row far right is the best to see my little problem...

If you can tell me what years that blue fender fits and show me a like pic I would really appreciate it. I have a new fender that I can't use unless I cut and weld and fix damage as well as adapt and I really would prefer to not do that...
