Exhaust system prices -- Midas vs. Monroe 200

My '90 240 exhaust system is starting to leak so I got prices on exhaust pipes today that I'd like to share.

Bottom line -- Midas is about 28% higher than Monroe.

Parts and labor for an installed exhaust pipe, including gaskets, etc. is about $309 from Midas and about $240 from Monroe.

Anyone know why I shouldn't deal with Monroe?
