Headlights wiring and relays...questions 200

I noticed iPD is selling a headlight wiring harness kit, and remembered someone else is making them, and his are believed to be much better than iPd's. Who is he and where can I find a website? Also, someone posted a link to a lighting website last week that didn't work... What was that link? Last question: Does anyone know of a website that explains how to make your own wiring harness? I remember seeing it not too long ago, but can't remember where it was. I'm going to be replacing my standard headlights with some relampable H4 units and possibly high output bulbs, or an HID system. Thanks in advance.
