my vx cam is in 700 1989

i had the vx cam put in my car last week along with adjustable gear. its set at 2 degrees advance. some early observations - the turbo seems to get in the yellow quicker - the engine pulls really well at 2500 and up - 2000 and lower seems weaker than before - gas mileage seems the same or a little bit down, im still on my first tank and switched to 91 octane
when i bring my car back to the shop in about 2 weeks i'll get them to set it at 4 degrees advance and see how that feels cuz i usually drive my car at around 2000 and less
for those who have a vx, what is your adjustable gear set at?
