Stalling under load 200 1987

Yesterday my 87 245 was running great ... been about 3 weeks since emissions/idle issues.

I went to Salvo's to get some goodies to flush the tranny and when I come out of the store to go home... she won't start!

I raise the hood check the usual suspects ... the lil' 25A PITA fuse (corroded - what's new - sprayed some B'Laster), all vacuum lines look okay (just replaced 'em), the ignition wires- OK, oh well how about the plug into the AMM (corroded - more B'Laster). jump back in. She starts!
Then stalls. $#%@&&*(*!!
She starts and idles great, give it some rev's ... she stalls $%#^@*!!

Look around again.... blow on the sprayed areas... She starts and runs great. About ten miles down the road it bucks, and will not take any acceleration, just barely put my foot on the accelerator and she'll pick up speed, too much and, she stalls.

I look again at the PITA 25A fuse ... It disintegrates in my hand! OK.. I hard wire it, start it up and limp home.

I buy a new fuse holder, make all the connections, start it up and it idles marvellously. She stalls on accelleration!

Haynes says possible causes ...

1)Vacuum leak (MY #1 SUSPECT)
2)Air Flow sensor flap biding (how does one check this?)
3) Inadequate fuel being delivered (I will replace fuel filter and then test fuel pump)
4)Blocked fuel filter (see above)
5)Idle air control valve Faulty (Test idle switch and air control valve)
6)Low fuel pressure (test fuel pressure)
7)ECU

Outside of the vacuum leaks and fuel filter it is all new territory to me. I bought a digital Multimeter... Any step by step suggestions would be appreciated. I am going to attack the list as Haynes has it, unless the Bricksters have some suggestions.
Thanks
