Vaccuum Supply Lines 700

I have an 87 745. The AC blows COLD no problem however, when under load (acceleration) regardless what is on (vent, AC, etc) the dash vents faded to nothing. Then as soon as the load is over, they came back. NOW, they don't work at all. Everything comes through the defrost vents all the time.

My theory is its a vaccuum supply line or the reserve, yet I can find NO manual that mentions either, nor a location to look.

Anyone else either had this problem, or know where to search for the lines/reservoir?
