95 960 electric passenger seat 900 1995

I removed the panel under the glove box to remove a plastic bag out of the a/c blower. When I turned around the back of the passenger seat had reclined into the back seat. The electric seat controls have stopped working. How do I get the seat back up into position and is this an electrical problem? If so, how do I repair it? Thanks for your help.
