steerling wheel moving towards the right 900 2002

I have encountered the car moving to the right on level road for the last 3 years especially on highway. Alignment has been checked every 6 months but mechanics confirm alignment is OK. (Note: In Singapore, we drive on the left side of the road.) What is the probable cause that I need to fix.
