'89 --- blower motor replacement. 700

read the faq, seems my '89 740 had the "upgrade" blower kit installed. Went to NAPA, looked at the GM motors -- I thought about reverting to the old style blower for the cheap $, but the cage fan that came from my car won't fit the other (GM, older) motor.

My question is, what blower motor do I need to specify when I order one? I don't need the kit (plastic plate, etc, etc) -- just the motor, the correct one. Going on a road trip soon and can't afford to get the wrong motor shipped to me. Is FCPGroton the best place to buy one?
