1993 940 jerky shift select 900 1993

1993 940, auto trans, 140,000 mi. When I move the shift lever from Drive to Park, the car jerks a little as it goes into park. Occasionally I notice this when shifting from Park to Drive. It seems to be getting a little worse. Any ideas?
