122 wing window seal replacement 120-130

How best to remove and replace 122 wing windows to replace their seals? Remove the upper pivot rivet, upper pivot bracket at the door frame (2 large rivets), or make a cut through the new seal to slide it past the lower pivot bolt? All rivets for this application are special type - sort of peened on the back and appear much stronger than standard aluminum pop rivets. I question the strength and tightness of aluminum rivets for the bracket. Thanks.
