Cut out connector 200 1980

posted by  someone claiming to be 3 too many on  Thu Jul 17 10:36 CST 2003 [RELATED]

Until I get another harness,can I snip out the connector on the firewall( where all the wiring insulation is shot) and reconnect wire for wire? Thanx ;o)
