Rear Trailing Arm Bushings

Im just going to buy the F'n tool...I've had it. What a dummy I am. I didnt chekc here first, and Ive been swinging a hammer for 2 hours trying to loosen.

I do have a question, though...

The bushings come out of their cradles to the inside of the car correct?
