engine stumbles on accl when cold 200 1991

My volvo has just started doing this... it's got new plugs, clean throttle body and flametrap, good maf. When engine is cold and under partial acceleration there's a light but noticable stumble like it's intermittently missing. when it's warmed up, it's fine. maybe injectors? or part of ingition system? the plug wires are volvo oem and look good.
