? In the middle of R134 conversion 200 1988

Please bear with me, I searched the archives w/o luck. I been following everyone's R134 conversion posts for the last few months (!), I'm stuck half done with mine today.
My Volvo kit only came with 9 o-rings and there are 12 required! Do you know what the 0-ring material is, I've figure I have to know in order to buy more.
On my '88 there was a gold fitting after the reciever/drier that has a big dead-end "housing" and a outlet at 90 deg. (from inlet). Do I keep this? I was planning on putting in my high side service port T between it and the drier. Do I need to remove the "housing" and replace o-rings in there too (certainly not enough for this in the kit).
The Volvo kit come with 125ml (4.5 oz) of Ester oil, where and how much to add? Haynes lists 1.4 oz in evap., .7 oz in condensor, .3 in drier and .3 in hoses. This doesn't add up to 4.5 oz.
It sure would have been nice to have gotten instructions with the kit from Volvo... I called the dealer and they didn't think it came with instructions.

Thanks!
