940 Power Seat: Wife Can't Reach the Pedals! DEFCON 4!

My 940 with Power Memory seats has developed a weird problem I'm hoping someone has seen before. The front/back adjustment is only moving on one side, so the seat will not move forward (unfortunately it's stuck in the furthest back position and my wife can't reach the pedals). The motor runs when you press the adjustment lever, but only one side moves and it will only move an inch or so since the other side is stuck. I have blown out the rails, lubed everything, etc. Any suggestions?
