$225 seem reasonable for labor for m-47 clutch replacement job? 200

The shop who does all the heavy work I won't do myself- mufflers, struts, etc- said it would be 225$ for labor to do a clutch job.
I will get the parts from fcpgroton.

Two questions- I have a diesel- are the clutch parts different than for a gasser?
And second question, does the price seem reasonable. I figure that it is worth the money not to crawl around under the car for the weekend/ But what is the going rate for a clutch job?

Any advice would be helpful
thanks
