How do you remove a distirbutor? 200 1985

I am once again working on my old blue 1985 245. I had been driving my "parts" 1987 245 which was intended to be a parts car for the 85 but ran well enough to be my daily work car. That is until last week when it lost the fuel gauge again ( and add to the fact the driver'd door is falling off), soooo I decide to use it as intended.
I have replaced the Plugs Wired cap rotor various sensors ect new. I also have put in the new idle air control motor, used; AMM, ECU, ICU, and the Whole Intake assembly including the injectors, Throttle body(cleaned), TPS and other Various part from the 87 part donor. I Was still having problems with the car stalling and running rough, I think i got it figured out to be the Hall sensor as the plug connector is broken (when wiggled it stalls). I want to replace the Whole Distributor ,since I have a spare. But I cannot figure how to get the darn thing off either car! Any tips ? Thanks in advance.

Ps. In case anyone , In Central Florida needs a ok shape 3rd seat brown with hardware , let me know.
