Wiring 200

For about 3k miles now my 'bulb out' indicator light on the dash stays lit, but all of my lights work. Recently, my fan stays on the '1' speed all the time, even when turned to the 'off' position.

I assume that's a wiring problem going on...I still have the original wiring harness on the firewall. Maybe the wire insulation is starting to decentegrate?

Any suggestions?
