Can back torque bushing cause vibration at speed? 200

I getting an occasional light clunk in the rear when I let off the brakes. I replaced the rear trailing arm bushings last spring which reduced the noise. I also have a vibration from under the car at 45 to 55 mph.

Can worn torque rod bushings cause both of these problems?
