TILT, TILT, TILT! Can steering wheel be replaced with TILT WHEEL? 900 1992

Is it possible to install a TILT steering wheel in a '92(900)wagon? If so, should it only be done at a dealership, or can a fairly knowledgeable mechanic do it without a particular familiarity with Volvos. Please reply. It would be a big help to our family.
