940 turbo brake lights and cruise control do not work 900 1991

My brake lights and cruise control do not work. Any ideas where to start? All my fuses and bulbs are okay and I have tail lights. The light out warning and the SRS are illuminated on the dash. Also, when I turn on the fog lamps the rear tail lights look like the brakes are on but no change when I press the brakes. ***One more thing, the brake lights and cruise started working for about 20 minutes a few weeks ago then quit.


Replaced:
Bulbs, brake lights peddle switch, fuses in the fuse box.
