What holds the shit lever in? Is it a washer of some kind? I really have no idea. I just put a M41 into my 1800ES and the shift lever is not held in by anything, I can just lift it out whenever it, or I please (or don't). Anyway, could someone maybe send me a picture of the washer which holds in their shift lever or even better tell me were I can buy another one. Thank you.
