humming noise S90-V90

i have this humming noise coming from under the front, kind off under my feet.
Same noise since i bought this car 1,5 year ago.
Volvo shop could not find a problem. a few other shop took a look, nothing.
u can hear this noise between 10-40mph.
this noise gets a little bit louder in a very hot day after driving for 2-3 hrs.
Mystery noise has been married to my car since i bought it.
i guess if it was something serious, some part of my car would have fell off by now.
it drives me nuts, car is in a very good shape except for that mystery.
S90, 1998, 108,000ml.
