After weekends of tinkering with the car I'm got it running and am using it as a daily driver until my eldest daughter gets her license in Oct.Many thanks to all the help received to my posts for various challenges encountered. The only annoyance now involves idling with the a/c turned on. If the a/c is turned on the car does not seem to compensate for the added drag on the engine. While stopped at a light or in traffic it will tend to drift lower in RPMs until it reaches about 4-500 (est) and stalls itself out. Without a/c engaged idles around 800 rpms with no problem. Recent things done have been cleaning throttle body, flame trap checking for vacuum leaks and cleaning idle air control unit, also checked that throttle position switch clicks when accelerator is moved. I didn't lubricate the IAC after cleaning so possible it may be sticking. I see there is a signal supplied from an a/c microswitch to the ecu in the passenger footwell. I have not checked for signal as per Bentley. Could any of these be likely culprits?
