OK found possible prob now what? 700

Ok I found the knock sensor. I tried unpluging it and the engine runs the same with or without it hooked up. I do think it may be bad. But how do I tell? Wires and connections are good. Are there any other possibilities?
Boost gauge reads 7 psi.
My manifold was red again.
