turbo rims/aftermarket exhaust 200

does anybody have a set of turbo rims that need some attention that they would be willing to let them go for a couple hundred in the midwest or eastern seaboard region? Also, does anybody know where i can get a good after market exhaust for a non-turbo 89 240 dl?
