Just an idea I've heard of for more power: using some sort of piping(I'd suggest flexible exhaust piping) you can take your K&N filter off and put the piping on there and route it straight ahead to the hole in the radiator support and attach the filter behind the grill. It will then be a cold air intake for possibly more power. Also, if you don't plan on driving it on the street or in the rain, just take off whatever you don't need. Every little bit helps. Like the door panels, some of the exterior lighting, like the turn signals and the red lights on the back sides. Another possibilty is to take off the wiper motor and all the parts for that... Lighter weight = more performance in everyway.
Hope this helps, I hope to seeing you on the track again soon.
Later,
Kyle
