Alternator Noise - Bearings 700

Hey everyone, if you saw my other post you're probably thinking damn his volvo must be falling apart! well i'm starting to think it is. Anyway here's my problem. One of the bearings went or maybe both. But here's the problem, how hard is it to replace the bearings? and how? I haven't found a single resource that tells me how to take it apart and replace them. So i considered purchasing a new one... but how do I know which one is the right one? I found a supposed replacement... it's a Bosch 100AMP alternator. It looks like a great deal for $150 too... but is it the right one? does it look like it'd work?

Thanks in advance!
