hey guys, i just bought a '79 245dl wagon.she has a great body(able to be fixed without to much work, minor rust spots), good compression, alot of good interior pieces and i only gave a couple of fingers for her(as opposed to an arm and a leg).llike i said, completely new to volvo's,i am kinda lost .it would be nice to know some basic's.i have mechanical aptitude, have worked on alot of different types of cars, yet have never had fuel injection.if someone could help me to get started on some of the basic's , like where is the tag to tell me what type of engine i have on this thing?and,what are some basic things i can do to increase performance on a wagon of this nature? well, i am really looking forward to diving into this thing more than i already have, so thanks in advance....cheers
