240 Strut tower to firewall brace installation 200

I picked up a pair of strut tower to firewall braces at a 240 graveyard. I have an '87 240 manual w/ cruise control and it looks as if some of the cruise control vacuum assembly is in the way of the passenger side brace. Is it ok to relocate this assembly, and do you have any suggestions where I can relocate it?
