B18 PCV valve alternatives 120-130

Hello, as usual excuses in advance for my spanglish.

As the next step on the evolution of my car (and also due I am making reparations on the engine just now) Iīm upgrading (or donwgrading, as some beholderīs opinions) my B18A engine, from a open-air crankcase breather to a PCV recirculant one.

Of course, in my country we donīt have car junkyards. Due it I donīt have access to second-hand amazon PCV valves (and also we canīt import second hand supplies due a presidential decret - o my polititians!, we have a particular brand of goverment).

The question is: Do you know if another PCV valve fit the bill?. If yes, please: model, make, and ID details. We have here a lot of Toyotas (corolla, corona, pathfinder, etc), Nissans, Volkswagen, some Chevrolets and Fords, and I hope some PCV valve originally made for this cars can fit into my volvo (the local stores can be have the valve on store as a new supplies).

Thanks a lot for you kindly answers.
