Strange noise at lo speeds... 200 1984

sounds strange... like something rolling in the hubcap.... but disappears at around 20-25 mph... and appears to go away once warmed up... or sometimes always happens... sporadic at best, but always at low speeds... just got back from a 130 mile trip to conroe for what it's worth... any help noted and apppreciated...
