I wonder if someone can help me out?

Some kind person ripped my hood chrome trim off last night. Just left the last inch looking all forlorn. It seemed that it was fairly easy to rip off the screws underneath.

So firstly, does anyone have a spare that you would be willing to send for payment(I'm in UK so postage might make this uneconomical). And secondly, is there something I can fix underneath to make this piece of vandalism more difficult to perpetrate in the future?
