Door Adjustment 700 1989

Posted this before but no joy,

I have to adjust my drivers door down at the back and in at the top, I was wondering whether I adjust both the bolts on the door that I can see plus the ones at the front of the hinge that I can't. If indeed I have to do the front bolts how do I get the trim panel off ??
