Cold Start Transmission Problem S90-V90 1997

Only in the morning...the first drive of the day...the transmission doesn't shift into 2nd gear until almost 20 MPH. Once it kicks in, every other shift is smooth. The car can even sit at the office all day (10 - 12 hours), and when I start it and drive it, all is fine. It only happens in the morning. And, it's not even every morning.

This just started about two weeks go. The car is based in Florida.

Any ideas what may be causing this "sleepy" transmission?
