poor fuel milage 140-160

i was wondering what i could do to improve my fuel milage !!my injectors are all rebuilt,fuel filter is new,plugs are new,!seems to be running rich!!1973-144 ,B20F fuel injected .could a fuel or air sensor do this? thank you!!!!!!!!!!
