Water in Gas? 900 1993

'93 940 NA

I have not been using the car very much for the last 3 months due to some extended maintenance and travel issues. Now it seems to be running a little off. The tank was down to about a quarter tank. Could there be a little water in there due to rain and humidity? It sat outside. I've put in some dry-gas and fuel injector cleaner and a new tank of gas.

Any Thoughts?
