240 DL Excess crankcase pressure 200 1987

I'm out of ideas. Over the past 2 years I have experienced an oil leak on my 240. Cleaning/replacing the flame trap and hoses worked for awhile. Removing and cleaning the oil separator box worked for awhile. Replacing the flame trap hoses and oil separator box worked for awhile. Now I'm having as much oil leakage as before with one noticeable difference. I'm seeing oil on the valve cover around the oil filler cap and around the flame trap where it fits into the rubber connector to the oil separator box. I'm not getting any leakage from the rear cam seal on the valve cover but I am getting some, but not all, from the front seals. When I check the oil filler cap during idle I usually, but not always, get noticeable vacuum, that is no jiggle/rattle. I do not notice any problem with idle or acceleration (if you want to call it acceleration in a 240). I do notice an increase in operating temperature and a tiny leak of coolant at the thermostat cover. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
