I have a '87 740 Turbo Wagon. Last time i was lying under my car i noticed that my exhaust is quite low. Now i think there is a mount (not a hanger) missing since it also looks like there should be something. Last time at the dealer he told me ther is nothing?!?! (i think i forgot to tell him that i have a turbo - maybe that's why) At the moment my exhaust is mounted on the turbo and then there is a little clamp on the "s-shaped" pipe that goes down to the katalytiv converter, and after the muffler there are the hangers. It looks like that before the part with the cat. is conected to the s-shaped pipe coming from the turbo there should be a mount?!? I know i descibed it quite complicated - i hope you know what i mean.
Has anybody an idea if there should be something or it's ok like it is. Also Haynes showes there something but the drawing is so small that you can't tell for sure.
