Lubricating sunroof 700

On 10/30/2000, Steve Ringlee recommended lubricating all sunroof sliding surfaces with a high-quality spray lube such as Mobil 1 spray. Is it ok to lubricate nylon screw rods that push sliders on sunroof sliding rails with spray lube or should one use lithium grease.
