740 GLE rough running problem 700 1987

I have good running 740 with (228K)miles on it. In the last two months
it has devloped a rough running problem about every third time you start the
car. I runs extreamly rich and runs very rough. If you stop and restart the
car the problem almost always goes away. I have replaced the fuel filter, air mass sensor, new plugs, wires, cap, air filter and fixed a vacumn leak. Any hints from other 740 riders??
