Rising rate fuel pressure regulator 700

Where can I find a reasonably priced rissing rate fuel pressure regulator?
I am having enough trouble finding one let alone for a half decent price.
Are there any tricks or cheats to raise the pressure?
I am looking to raise the pressure to acomadate for the increased boost. 11psi. I do still need to get a air/fuel gauge but I want to prepare for this.
