rear TAB question. Am in the middle right now. 200 1988

I am having trouble removing the rear spring nut on the back of the trailing arm. It seems to be turning with the bolt itself. Is there any way around this? Has this happened to anyone else? I don't have the tools to cut it with me at the moment, but even if I do cut the nut, the bolt is still going to be goofy. what should I do?

Thanks for the help.
