Rattle in Front End At between 70-90 KMH(42-56 MPH) 200 1986

I have a Rattle in My front end(1986 wagon 230,000kms) at approx 40-55 MPH ...Makes my Steering wheel move, and is quite noisy...wondering if its bushings, or maybe strut bearings, or maybe just the fact that my rear coils are sagging somewhat and making the front end rise a bit....all can say is where should I go with this?? any help is welcome....
